Humble Occupants

  Humble occupants of the Earth you've got to stand up
  put up resistance, defend your existence, if you want to live on

  All we want to do is live happily and watch the children grow
  All we want to do is praise our God and let the loving flow
  They think we never see them when they operate
  how they bribe and manipulate
  and when they done use us to get what they want
  they just scorn and close the gate.

  All we want to do is live in harmony with nature out there

  But now it's mass production and pollution
  and there's always a war
  and the ones who always end up the victims
  are the humble and the poor.
  Get caught in the crossfire, get sent on the frontline
  Prisoners in our own country, Refugees with no homeland  
  Intoxicated by radiation, parish under the nuclear bomb
  every time our leaders commit a crime
  we are the ones who do the time.
